For Spain and Portugal

The orders will be delivered by the corresponding transport agency in 24/72 from Monday to Friday (holidays not included) during business hours from 8:00h to 19:00h.

Delivery times may vary in promotional periods or due to stock breakage.

Shipping for Canary Island, Balear Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:

The orders will be delivered by the MRW transport agency within the delivery period of 2 to 5 business days. from Monday to Friday (holidays not included) during business hours from 8:00h to 19:00h.

Delivery times may vary in promotional periods or due to stock breakage.

Send Conditions

Limye will not be responsible for delays that occur due to causes beyond its management or due to force majeure.

We recommend that to avoid incidents, fill in the fields with all your data, to be able to make the delivery as well as, indicate several contact telephone numbers, to favor communication if necessary by us or by the distributors (inability to deliver the package the corresponding day or some kind of mishap).

Returns & Exchanges

For Spain and Portugal

Returns of products must be made by the same shipping method (parcel companies), this management will be the responsibility of the customer except for error or manufacturing failure. To make them you must send an email with the order number to info@limye.es and you have a maximum period of 15 business days from delivery.

The products must be in original condition (without use or manipulation), if this is not the case, the amount will not be refunded or it will be exchanged for another product.

3 Easy steps for returning products:

  1. Request a return by sending an email with the order number to info@limye.es.
  2. Wait for the authorization of the return by Limye.
  3. Prepare the package. Put and wrap the product(s) in their original packaging. Make sure of the optimal packaging, because if the product/s received are not in perfect condition, neither the payment nor the change will be made.

Once the merchandise has been received and the product has been reviewed, we will proceed to make the return by the same payment method or exchange within a maximum period of 3 business days as long as it meets the above conditions.
